The property is charming small and exceptionally clean, offers large and savoury breakfasts. The venue has recently renovated rooms with seaview, shower and a fresh bottle of filtered water and hospitable staff. This is a hotel go-to for Brighton!

Lovely 3-storey house near the seafront and Kemptown area. Comfortably furnished and nicely decorated rooms. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Windows could be opened widely. Room had a desk fan for hot nights. Tea and coffee facilities, bottled water, and toiletries provided. Prompt response to shower problem. Privacy and great value for money. Recommended local cafes. Affordable parking permits available.
Felt right at home, no complaints.
